About this tool

Paste text in any format and the PascalCase version appears on the right automatically — every word, including the first, gets its first letter capitalized and the rest lowercased.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between PascalCase and camelCase?
Both join words with no separator, but PascalCase capitalizes the first letter of every word (including the first), while camelCase lowercases the first word and capitalizes the rest — "MyVariable" vs. "myVariable".
What input formats does this detect?
Any of them, automatically — plain English with spaces, snake_case, kebab-case, camelCase, or SCREAMING_SNAKE_CASE — by splitting on spaces, underscores, hyphens, dots, and camelCase/PascalCase humps.
How are numbers and acronyms handled?
A digit run stays attached to the word before it ("myVar2Name" tokenizes as "my" / "Var2" / "Name"), and an acronym run splits where it meets a new capitalized word ("XMLParser" becomes "XmlParser").
Does this work on multiple lines?
Yes — each line converts independently, and line breaks are preserved in the output.
