About this tool

Type or paste text and it’s converted to a stylish Unicode alphabet automatically, ready to paste into your Discord username, server nickname, or a message. Since Discord already has its own markdown for bold/italic/strikethrough inside messages, this defaults to Gothic — a look Discord has no native equivalent for, in messages or usernames.

Frequently asked questions

Does Discord officially support these fonts?
Not as "fonts" exactly — Discord doesn't offer real font choices. What you're pasting is ordinary Unicode text made of different code points (Gothic, Bubble, Bold, and so on), which Discord just displays like any other text. That's also why it works in usernames and nicknames, where Discord's own **bold**/*italic* message markdown doesn't apply at all.
Why would I use this instead of Discord's built-in **bold**/*italic* markdown?
Discord's markdown only works inside message text, and only for bold, italic, underline, and strikethrough. It doesn't touch usernames, server nicknames, or channel names, and it has no equivalent for Gothic, Bubble, Double-Struck, or the other styles here — this tool covers those gaps.
Can I preview other styles without leaving this page?
Yes — the gallery below the text boxes lets you switch the live preview to any registered style, and pin favorites for quick access next time.
