Frequently asked questions

How is this different from the other tools that transform text?
Every tab here transforms the box's current content in place when clicked — type or paste text, then click a case to apply it, and click a different case any time to re-transform whatever's currently in the box.
What's the difference between Sentence case and Title Case?
Sentence case capitalizes only the first letter of each sentence, like normal prose. Title Case capitalizes every "important" word (skipping minor words like "a", "of", "the" unless they open or close the title), the style used for headlines and book titles.
What's the difference between Alternating Case and Inverse Case?
aLtErNaTiNg cAsE ignores the text's original casing and alternates lower/upper per letter, restarting at lowercase for each new word. InVeRsE CaSe instead swaps whatever casing was already there — an uppercase letter becomes lowercase and vice versa — so the two produce different results on the same input.
Does this respect my custom terms and auto-correct settings?
Yes — open Settings (the gear icon) to keep known mixed-case terms like "iPhone" correctly cased regardless of which transform you apply, and to add your own brand names or terms to the override list.
